Pad Thai (Tamra M.)

Chicken cooked and cubed
Fry 2 eggs with that
Shred carrots and cabbage
Chop green onions and pickled ginger

Sauce:
Melt together: Peanut butter, water, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar. Add red chili flakes to taste.

Boil noodles (rice noodles)
Top with peanuts & serve.

(Can add sweet chili sauce)
