*Great diet dish!
Cube chicken – brown & cook w/ chopped onion, wok oil & soy sauce. Set aside.
In hot pan – stir fry in wok oil, adding chicken broth as needed to keep moist & soy sauce as desired.:
(In this order)
Chopped onion
Celery
Slivered carrots
Chopped water chestnuts
Snow peas
(any other veggies you like)
Broccoli (last veggie added!)
Chicken mixture
Cook til broccoli is just barely done, add chicken mixture and serve immediately over rice.
