Southwest Style Lettuce Wraps (Mary S.)

2 c. chopped cooked skinless chicken breast
1 c. bottled salsa
1/4 c. black beans, drained
1/4 c. canned corn, drained
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Lettuce leaves
Guacamole
Sour cream

In a medium glass bowl, combine chicken, salsa, black beans, corn, and tomato. Mix well. Heat in microwave one to two minutes. Spoon chicken mixture on lettuce leaf, top with cheese and guacamole and wrap up. Dip into sour cream and any additional salsa.
