Pasta with Brocolli and Sausage (by ?)

  1. Toast 1/4 cup pine nuts.
  2. Microwave 2 stalks of broccoli (cut in small florets) for abt. 4 min. to cook lightly.
  3. Cook abt. 3 cups noodles (home-style noodles are good!)
  4. Chop 3 green onions, 4 tomatoes, 5-6 pieces of sun dried tomatoes, and 4 chicken sausages. (each sausage is a little over 3 oz.)
  5. Use a wok and heat 2 to 3 tbsp. of olive oil and add 2 tsp. chopped garlic (brown garlic if desired). Add the vegetables and stir fry them until they are tender.
  6. Mix in the noodles, pine nuts, and abt. 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
