2 - 6 oz jars of marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
2 - Avacados, diced
1 - 3 oz jar capers, drained
1 - 5 oz container of sliced green/pimento olives
2 - (or more) tomatoes, chopped
4 - green onions, chopped
16 oz. bag of cooked and drained pasta
Mix all ingredients together and put the dressing on and chill.
Dressing:
1 c. fresh basil, chopped
1/3 c. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 T. dijion mustard
1/2 t. pepper
Salt to taste
Put in a jar and mix well, pour over pasta and chill.
