Mike's Favorite Cheesecake - no bake (Deb P.)

1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla (I actually like about 1 Tbls!)
Optional: 1/2 to 1 container of Cool-Whip (or the like) for extra fluffiness!

Directions:
Prepare your favorite graham cracker crust in 8x8 pan. (I just use cinnamon graham crackers, melted butter and a bit more sugar & cinnamon if I feel like it.) Set aside.

Whip all the ingredients above until very smooth. Pour onto graham cracker crust. Top with favorite fruity topping (cherry, or your favorite pie filling, fresh fruit, etc.)

Chill for at least an hour and serve.
