3 tbs. soy sauce
1/4 cup pork sliced into strips
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tbs. garlic chili sauce
1/5 tsp. ground pepper
1/5 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup canned bamboo shoots
3 oz. tofu, but into 1/4 inch cubes
2 green onion stalks, diced (including tops)
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- Bring chicken broth to simmer.
- Add soy sauce, pork, mushrooms and garlic, red chili sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add pepper, vinegar, bamboo shoots, tofu.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add green onions and sesame oil to soup. Stir well. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot.
