Easy German Oven Pancakes (Sarah J.)

6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix in blender.

Melt 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter in 9 x 13 inch pan in 400° oven.
Pour in batter mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden.

Serve with any of the following (these are our favorites):
Lemon & powdered sugar
Fruit & whipped cream
Jams
Syrups

"My kids call these 'Puff Oven Pancakes' and ask me to make them for breakfast on school days. I love it because instead of standing in front of the grill, I can pop these in the oven and go back to bed for 20 minutes!"
