1 cup milk
6 to 8 eggs
1/2 cup to 1 cup sugar (to taste)
1 capful vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together in blender.
- Heat butter or oil in frying pan and add some batter to middle of frying pan. Spread the batter around the frying pan to make a thin pancake. (The more batter you add, the thicker the pancake.) Watch carefully to only brown each side.
- Serve with fruit and whipped cream, syrup or even eaten plain.
(These pancakes can be refrigerated in plastic bags for later too!)
