Flour Tortillas (Katherine R.)

2 t. salt
4 t. baking powder
2 T. shortening
4 c. flour
1 ½ c. warm water

Mixture can’t be sticky. Have pan heated to medium-hi heat. Form into small balls, roll out as thinly as possible, then cook one side then the other. Quick & GOOD!
