Brown hamburger – abt. 1 pound
Saute onion, celery, bell pepper
Add:
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can olives
1 can mushrooms
Mix and simmer forever (or about an hour)
Boil pasta – elbow macaroni in the “old days” & Drain
Shred cheddar cheese over the pasta, add sauce
